ODOE Rulemaking in Full Swing
It’s rulemaking season at the Oregon Department of Energy! Our team is working on developing and updating rules for implementing our energy programs. This fall, we will hold a number of public hearings and meetings for incentive program rules, renewable energy certificates, and home energy performance scores. We will be updating rules for several programs:
- Renewable Energy Certificates for the generation of Thermal Energy
- Residential Energy Tax Credit incentive rates and devices
- Alternative Fuel Vehicle Tax Credits
- Conservation Tax Credits
- Home Energy Performance Scores
