Oregon Climate Action Commission to Meet Virtually on April 16

SALEM – The Oregon Climate Action Commission will meet on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. The virtual public meeting will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. online.

At this meeting, the Commission will hear updates on the findings of the Resilient Efficient Buildings Task Force and the outcomes and status of its policy proposals. The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality will provide updates on the Climate Protection Program rulemaking and the state’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant proposal. The Commission will also hear an update on the 2025-27 state budget process and engagement opportunities.

The agenda and meeting information, including how to listen in, will be available on the Commission’s website prior to the meeting.

As always, public comments may be submitted through the Commission's contact form online or by email. Members of the public will also have an opportunity to sign up during the meeting to make oral comments.
